Travel was once a social currency. Social media was the photo-album and show-off space of our travels. Thousands of vloggers used to post about their travels, and millions of youtubers reviewed tourist locations.

However since 2020 the airports are closed, flights are stopped and borders are restricted. During this time the social status of travelling has changed. Those who upload photos of their trips to tourist destinations or even just to other areas are mocked and bullied because they are considered to be insensitive to the situation and are putting others in danger; that’s called “travel shaming”.

Its now been a year of travel restrictions and the situation is still the same but our desire to travel is intensifying. Rather than just praying that things improve so that we can do overseas shows and residencies again, Krack has come up with an innovative, alternative way to solve our desire for mobility.

Greetings from Paradox invites 20 artists, designers, musicians, archivists, photographers and office workers to create their dream destination as a postcard. We then printed these dream destinations in limited editions. We are physically restricted from travelling to the places we wish to, but we can make these places come to us.

Be the first to experience the new way of travelling without shame. Whether its Trump’s Mar a Lago resort, a deserted beach, or a sci-fi fantasy, Krack’s limited edition postcards will bring these destinations to you!
